After two months of closure for renovations, the Hôtel de Saint-Germain reopened its doors on May 25, 2021!
This 2-star hotel with 30 rooms, built in the 1980s, is ideally located in the heart of the Saint Germain des Pré district. The time had come to give it a new lease of life, in order to make the rooms more luminous, designer and attractive to our customers. We called on several architects to renovate the entire hotel.
In-depth renovations have been carried out: electricity, plumbing, interior masonry (partitioning, and false ceilings), reworking of the floors (installation of new parquet), tiling and earthenware for the brand new bathrooms, carpentry on -measurement (dressing room, bathrooms, etc.) air conditioning system and paintings have been taken over.
Then came the development of common areas: the reception has been completely renovated and redesigned ... it is more modern with a new counter and sustainable materials, the breakfast room is more welcoming and comfortable with new furniture . Among the many proposals, each customer can more easily customize the composition of his breakfast.
Attention has been paid to each room, the bedding is completely new and composed exclusively of a king-size bed (160x200). Duvets and bed linen made of 100% cotton natural material, the bed linen is anti-allergenic and anti-mite.
To add a modern and essential touch, a flat screen TV and a safe have been installed in each room. In addition, each person will be able to adjust the temperature of their room as they wish.
It is also a connected hotel that will allow you to edit your vacation photos or work in peace with a high-speed wifi connection.
